If Germany's birth rate keeps decreasing then the overall production of everything will keep decreasing. Such as manufacturing goods and producing crops. Women are having fewer children because of the economy or recession. They can't afford to take care of children because of the lack of money and the poor conditions for children in Germany. The country doesn't provide enough day care facilities for the parents which put the parents at a disadvantage of making money. If they can't put in a full work day because there isn't enough child care then they won't be able to pay the bills. This not only affects the manufacturing factories and agriculture it affects the income of the average German family. Women with careers can't continue to keep those if they have children.
